Welcome to our Halfpint Hollow website!  Our little farm, which averages around thirty donkeys, is located in the rolling hills of Sogn Valley, Minnesota, between Rochester and the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul.​

For us, as with most, it was love at first sight when we first encountered miniature donkeys.  The more we listened to our mentors about the joys and challenges of breeding quality donkeys with great conformations and dispositions, the more we were convinced breeding miniature donkeys would be a perfect fit for our retirement.

​

We have selectively chosen jennets and sires with proven bloodlines for our foundation herd and try furthering the production of great quality animals.   Some of these donkeys will be sold as future breeding stock and others as pets.
